9. Prohibited AI Uses
You shall not use the Services, AI Outputs, workflows, automations, synchronization systems, APIs, recommendation systems, predictive systems, AI agents, delegated workflows, or related functionality to create, publish, distribute, facilitate, promote, automate, or support:

- fake testimonials;
- fabricated customer experiences;
- false endorsements;
- deceptive endorsements;
- undisclosed sponsored content;
- fake scarcity claims;
- fake urgency claims;
- unsupported product claims;
- deceptive pricing claims;

- false advertising;
- counterfeit listings;
- trademark infringement;

- celebrity likeness misuse;
- impersonation;
- phishing;
- scams;
- spam;

- ranking manipulation;
- unlawful scraping;
- unlawful surveillance;
- unlawful automation;
- unlawful data harvesting;
- prohibited comparative advertising;
- deceptive ecommerce practices;
- or unlawful or fraudulent commercial activity.
You shall not use the Services to generate, support, or distribute:

- accurate;
- substantiated;
- lawful;
- non-deceptive;

- and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, intellectual-property requirements, and marketplace policies.
OppAction does not review, verify, validate, approve, certify, or guarantee:
- advertising compliance;
- legal compliance;
- FTC compliance;
- intellectual-property clearance;
- substantiation adequacy;
- marketplace compliance;
- or commercial law compliance.
OppAction reserves the right to:
- investigate suspected misuse;
- preserve evidence and logs;

- suspend accounts;
- restrict functionality;

- label;

- or related functionality
provided through the Services.
This includes, without limitation, policies, rules, restrictions, standards, and enforcement decisions imposed by:

does not create any guarantee, representation, certification, or duty that the Services will:

You further acknowledge and agree that OppAction may preserve such records for operational, governance, security, legal, evidentiary, compliance, and enforcement purposes for periods determined by OppAction in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in the Services, Terms, or operational functionality shall be interpreted to limit OppAction’s ability to preserve, analyze, disclose, or rely upon operational or evidentiary records where reasonably necessary to:

- resemble publicly available content;
- resemble marketplace listings;
- resemble advertising copy;
- resemble competitor listings;
- resemble content generated for other users;
- contain common phrases or structures;
- contain overlapping language patterns;
- contain recurring ecommerce terminology;
- or otherwise lack uniqueness, originality, or exclusivity.
